 Discuss facilities, growth patterns, the possibility of a bond, and evaluate all district facility needs.
 Review instructional programs and the structure of education in WISD, including parental choices.
 Explore Pre-Kindergarten, distance learning, dual credit, & smaller classroom/ campus size.
 Analyze how improved security and/or drug testing could impact culture and climate on our campuses.
 Evaluate WHS and Global to see what programs should be expanded or eliminated moving forward.
 Present a plan of action to our school board that addresses all district needs.
We want to move with a purpose and act with a sense of urgency. Our goals should be strategic and
systemic.
