Eligibility: Handy Mart Rewards Fantasy Football Game (hereafter, “Promotion”) presented by Handy Mart is open to ENROLLED cardholders of the Handy Mart Rewards Program of KickBack Rewards Systems (hereafter, “KRS”). Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. 2. Promotion Period: The Season runs until 1/01/17. Exact dates are subject to change dependent upon the Regular Pro Football Season schedule. The Promotion and participation in the Promotion are subject to these Official Rules. 3. How To Play:  Every time you use your Handy Mart Rewards Card during “The Season” is a chance to receive a PRO player.  If you get a PRO player it will be listed on your fantasy page on www.handymartrewards.com and on the bottom of your receipt.  You can track your players, scores, and fantasy standings at www.handymartrewards.com  A total of 9 PRO players can be collected over the course of the season to complete your team.  Every week PRO player(s) may earn Fantasy Football points based on their real life PRO performance.  Weekly Fantasy Football points will accumulate over the entire course of the PRO season.  As your PRO team gets drafted, you will get all Fantasy Football points earned by the player during the entire season.  The Handy Mart Rewards cardholder with the most Fantasy Football points at the end of the season wins a prize package known as The Ultimate Fan Cave: consisting of merchandise & gift cards. Objective: Collect a full roster before the Promotion Period ends. 4. No Purchase Required: To receive an entry without purchase, mail a self‐addressed stamped envelope with an enrolled 16‐digit, Handy Mart Rewards Card number postmarked prior to the closing/expiration date of the contest to: Handy Mart Rewards, P.O. Winner Selection: At each designated week (See #8 below) and at the conclusion of “The Season” (Promotion Period), each cardholder’s team will be evaluated. In the event of a tie; if both potential winners have successfully met ALL game requirements, the cardholder who completed their team roster first will be deemed the winner and will win The Ultimate Fan Cave. The tabulation of fantasy points and identification of potential winners conducted by Kickback Rewards whose decisions are final and binding in all respects on these and all other matters relating to the Promotion. 7. Winner Notification: Potential winner (i.e. Enrolled cardholder) notified on, or about 10/4/16, 11/1/16, 11/29/16 and 1/8/17 at the email address and or cell phone provided on enrollment of their Handy Mart Rewards Card and will be required to respond within three (3) days of the first attempt to contact him/her. Additionally, a potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of the date of issuance of notification. Scoring System: Fantasy Points earned by each player position and awarded or credited to each roster position will be finalized on or about 1/5/17 by Kickback Rewards and will be considered final. During each Pro Football game throughout the Promotion Period, you will earn fantasy points based on the statistics accumulated by the PRO players that your card has been awarded using the following scoring system: Overview  We use fractional points.  We use negative points. If the coach's team wins then the score, the coach receives is equal to the amount of points the team won. Losses do not count; negative points will not count against the coaches' total. 11. Additional Scoring Rules: If one of your players (i.e. QB, RB, WR, TE, and K) is considered inactive or on a bye week for a given week's game, then the average of the Fantasy Statistics of the top five players (established at the start of the season) with the same positional designation (e.g. Quarterback) who are active and not on a bye for the given week will be used as a substitute score for your inactive roster player. This process will also be used when your roster player(s) are inactive for multiple or consecutive weeks, on a week‐by‐week basis. Duplicate Players, Certain actions and circumstances (such as card account transfers) may lead to a card holder having more than one player of the same positional designation (e.g. Quarterback) on their roster. In these cases, the player that was drafted to the cardholder’s roster first will remain on the roster, and all players of the same positional designation will be deleted. If an offensive player plays on defense and earns a team defense statistic (such as interception), the offensive player will not earn those fantasy points as that stat category is attributed to the team defense/special teams unit. Defensive/Special Teams Scoring: Your team defense/special teams (D/ST) is awarded fantasy points when a team member on the field generates a touchdown, interception, fumble recovery, safety or sack, kick return yards, punt return yards, etc. Defense/special teams unit (D/ST) will not earn fantasy points for field goals or extra fantasy points. These fantasy points will be attributed to the Kicker. A full roster will include the following nine (9) positions: one (1) quarterback (“QB”); two (2) running backs (“RB”); two (2) wide receivers (“WR”); one (1) tight end (“TE”); one (1) kicker (“K”); one (1) team defense/special teams (“D/ST”), and one (1) Coach There is no guarantee that an eligible cardholder will be awarded a full roster during the Promotion Period.
