JPR-THES Installation Instructions 1 GENERAL INFORMATION Your THIN Suspension consists of a combination of Light Segments and Sleeves. It can be a single Light Segment with one Power Sleeve and one End Sleeve at either end, Or multiple Light Segments connected by Pass-Through Sleeves, with one Power Sleeve and one End Sleeve at either end. Installation Type Description Power Supply/Driver LOCAL DRIVER Driver is pre-installed in 6.5in dia x 2.4in canopy, canopy mounts to standard octagon fixture box. Class 2 - 24VDC remote driver dimmable via compatible wall switch, refer to driver specifications pages 2-4, 8 Juniper recommends Lutron DVCL-253P dimmers REMOTE DRIVER WITH JUNCTION BOX COVER pages 2, 6-8 Separately located near fixture in accessible location, connected via low-voltage Class 2 wiring supplied by electrician. 5in x 0.5in junction box cover mounts to standard octagon fixture box. If using the canopy as a mounting point, thread the power cable and aircraft cable through the canopy cover (k1)(slip strain relief (e) over power cable before inserting into canopy cover), and making electrical and physical connections. Remove cable gripper (b2) from extra provided mounting post (b1), and fasten with provided nut (i) to canopy cover. Attach canopy cover to mounting plate (k2) with screws (h). Trim excess cable from grippers once fixture has been leveled. If using the canopy as a mounting point, thread the power cable and aircraft cable through the canopy cover (j1)(slip strain relief (e) over power cable before inserting into canopy cover), and making electrical and physical connections. Remove cable gripper (b2) from extra provided mounting post (b1), and fasten with provided nut (i) to canopy cover. Attach canopy cover to mounting plate (j2) with screws (g). Repeat for additional Light Segments.
