Beta-Carotene, a carotenoid found in many plants, is a fat soluble, yellow-orange pigment
that serves as a strong antioxidant and ProVitamin A source. In this role, it provides the body
with safe levels of Vitamin A supporting immune function, eye and skin health, and cardiovascular health.
With Divi’s expertise in crystal development, microencapsulation, and homogenization, customers are offered a variety of stable, ‘nature identical’ beta-carotene product forms for use
in fortification and clean label coloring. Some products are designed specifically for tablets,
hard and soft gelatin capsules, or gummies, others offer properties valuable in food and beverage applications.
