Research Interest:
My particular area of interest includes molecular drug design, synthesis of organic
pharmacophore as biocompatible ligand and their further coordination transition and nontransition metal ion in order to develop new metal based cancer chemotherapeutic agents
and their characterization by spectroscopic, analytical technques. In vitro nucleic acid
(DNA and RNA)/protein binding, nuclease, protease and Topoisomerase (I and II)
inhibition studies of cancer chemotherapeutic drug, drug metabolism, distribution delivery
of chemotherapeutic drug through HPLC and other spectroscopic techniques.
Apart from these, presently i am working on MOF's, Kinetic delivery of Nano
encapsulated cancer chemotherapeutic drug.
