OUR GREAT GAME - Newcastle Rugby League

Strategic Plan 2016-2018
Strategic Plan 2016-2018
OUR GREAT GAME
This strategic plan has been developed by the Board of Newcastle Rugby League. The objective of the plan is to provide leadership
and assistance to our clubs and their members to benefit from the opportunities available on and off the field. We will work with our
stakeholders to develop and implement programs and policies that increase participation and maximise pathways for all involved.
The plan will allow us to continue to improve and govern the game to ensure that our decision making process is timely, researched
and effective. We acknowledge our proud history and embrace change and ultimately will work together to strive to be a rugby
league leader in this great game. We look forward to travelling the journey with you.
