New Iberia Vendor and Craft CHRISTMAS Event
November 9, 2013 - 10 AM – 5 PM
VENDOR APPLICATION
Set Up: Friday, November 8, 2013 from 1:00 - 7:00 PM and Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 7:00 - 9:00 AM
Setup time ends one hour prior to event start to allow vendors time to shop and visit each other.
Check in the Community Center prior to set up. Pull into parking lot on side of Community Center to check in
and unload, then move to vendor parking near tennis courts to allow other vendors to unload.
NO EARLY BREAK DOWNS. Set-up of booths after opening of event will not be permitted. There will be NO
exceptions.
Acceptable Products:
Handcrafted Items - There are many handcrafted companies so we will work with you to help be fair to other
vendors and attempt to have as much variety as possible.
Visit pampermeplace.net/vendorshop to view vendor participants.
Direct Sales Companies – We will not accept duplicate companies (i.e. Mary Kay and BeautiControl, etc.).
If in doubt about products or available company spots, please check the Facebook vendor group, website or by
calling. A current list of vendors will be updated regularly.
Booth Fees:
Payments must accompany application and no refunds after approved.
Indoor Booths - 10' x 10' Space - $50.
Booth spaces include 1- 8' table and 1 chair ONLY upon request.
Merchandise cannot exceed space paid for and cannot flow into the aisles.
Electricity available on select spaces and is free. Please furnish your own heavy duty electrical cords, surge
protectors, etc. that you will need.
Display:
Vendor is responsible for providing own display and additional tables.
Advertising: Advertisement by radio, newspaper, internet, and flyers will be done and may include vendor
names.
Rules and Regulations:
1. Vendors agree to hold harmless New Iberia Recreation Department, its officers, directors, volunteers, and
agents from any and all liabilities.
2. Vendor is responsible for trash bags and maintaining rental space.
3. Each vendor is responsible for any damages or loss of merchandise.
