Society Registration Numbers - Please include them on the form if they are a requirement of entry for a particular class. IF YOUR HORSE IS
NOT REGISTERED THEN IT CANNOT COMPETE.
Prize Money to be paid on the day - Vouchers will be issued in the ring and prize money can be collected from the ICE PLC cash point located by the
main ring. Alternatively if a cheque is required please post vouchers to the show office before 31 July. An admin fee of £5 will be payable if cheques
have to be reissued in another name to that specified.
Ticket allocation - The following will be allocated by the office once entries have been processed.
Their issue is entirely dependent on the number of horses entered and not the number of entries made and they will be allocated as follows:1 horse = 2 tickets, 2 horses = 3 tickets, 3 horses = 4 tickets, 4 horses = 5 tickets, 5 horses = 6 tickets, 7+ horses issued at discretion of the Society.
Tickets and Numbers will be posted out nearer the show to the owner’s address overleaf. If you would like entries acknowledged please enclose
a SAE or postcard. Producers need to complete separate entry forms for each individual owner to ensure correct ticket allocation.
