Intro to DBT Skills for Teens- Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a combination of

feelings and learning to use thinking to change feelings. This group is for teens who
are struggling with emotional regulation and stability. It can be difficult to stay calm
and interact with people in high stress situations, but that is where DBT can help
you! With this interactive group, participants will learn what DBT is, how and when to
use it, and practical skills to stay calm, self-soothe, and get along with others even in a
high stress situation! The group is 4 sessions on Tuesdays 2/7/17-2/28/17; 6:00pm-7:00pm
at our Grafton office. This group is facilitated by Lindsey Skaife, MS, LPC.
