ANNOUNCING THE 2017 $500 CWC FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP
A CWC member in good standing may enter her name in a drawing for any student family member to
receive the CWC Family Scholarship. Only one entry per member will be accepted. A member is not
eligible to receive this scholarship in consecutive years.
Here are the student criteria:
* The student must be graduating from high school in 2017 or has graduated in 2016, 2015, or 2014.
* The student must be enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical/trade school.
* The student must be enrolled as a full time undergraduate student.
* The student need not live in Crete.
Any member interested in the CWC Family Scholarship must submit her name in writing to Judi
Magdziarz or Rita Robertson no later than May 1, 2017. The CWC Family Scholarship drawing will be
held at the Spring Luncheon on May 18, 2017. A check for $500 will be issued to the family member
upon enrollment in school. The money may be used for tuition or scholastic supplies. Receipt
verification is required if the money is not used for tuition.
