Poornima College of Engineering Jaipur organized a visit to Waste Water Treatment plant,
Dehlawas Pratapnager, Jaipur on 22 March, 2017 (World Water Day). Dr. Bina Rani, Dr.
Susmita Sharma along with 56 students got the opportunity to visit & to understand the
methodology of sewage treatment plant. As the world’s population grows and develops, it’s
important that the right measures are taken to make sure contaminated water is treated
properly and recycled wherever possible. Treatment plants reduce pollutants in wastewater to a
level nature can handle. It's a matter of caring for our environment and for our own health.
