Coastline Housing
Based in the heart of Cornwall,
Coastline was established in 1998
and employs more than 200 people.
Coastline Housing owns and
maintains around 3,700 homes.
Under the umbrella of Coastline
also sits Coastline Services, a
building and grounds
maintenance contractor;
Coastline Care, a provider of
high quality care and support in
people’s homes and The New
Connection, a division which
tackles homelessness on the
front line.

What our staff said…
“Paintballing was
brilliant, it’s not often
you get to run
around in the woods
and shoot your
colleagues!”
Jo Tully,
Development Officer
What our staff said…
“It has created a good bond with
team members, and staff who
don’t interact on a regular basis
do so in the football team. Team
members include the CEO, it is
fantastic to see senior members
of staff getting involved in team
building events.”
Paul Hodgson, Senior IT Officer
What our staff said…
“I think playing sport together
can be a great way to build
working relationships that
might otherwise not happen.”
Jon Bettridge, Accountancy
