Computerized Access Control System: I
All employees/vendors that are issued an access
badge/card must scan the access badge/card prior to
entering any area that utilizes a computerized access
device regardless of their access permissions.
Key Control
Consequences of not Returning Keys:
• Automatic STEP 3 offense
• Moved to non-key carrying position
• Gaming License suspension
• Possible Termination
Cash Handling
• Always keep your hands where they can be
seen;
• Anytime you pay out or handle money make sure
to clear your hands;
• If you find money on the floor do not touch it!
Place your foot on it and radio for help;
• No Pockets!!!

• MICS Concerning your Immediate Area! (make
sure to ask your supervisor)
• No Autographs Allowed!!
Class II Gaming
• Certain electronic gaming devices
• Play against other players
• Examples: bingo, pull tabs, non-banked card
games not prohibited in the state.
• Tribe and NIGC have concurrent jurisdiction.
• State has no authority to regulate.
Class III Gaming
• “Vegas-style” gaming
• Self-contained games
• Examples: slot machines, banked card games
and table games
• Requires tribal-state compact
• Tribes must pass an ordinance allowing gaming
and establish tribal regulatory authority by tribe’s
council.
• State must permit the same specific type games
