Pray
for effective outreach
 Make outreach the core driver for our prayer programmes.
 Monthly revival programme to include a prayer component.
 Periodic fasting and prayer and outreach vigils.
Reorganise
for outreach
 Appoint Regional Overseers to reach out and plant Churches.
 Target the “Top-20” cities.
 Encourage leaders to MOVE!
Mobilise
for outreach
 Use house fellowships to reach the neighbourhood.
 Get every member to reach out: “Operation Andrew”, etc.
 Get members to invite people to meaningful programmes.
 Follow converts up and establish them through the BDP.
