Purpose of this form
This is the third part of the three-part offer you will make to the Clean Energy Regulator for the purposes of
entering into a Carbon Abatement Contract with the Clean Energy Regulator, acting on behalf of the
Commonwealth of Australia, covering the project(s) to which this bid pertains.
Use this form to:

Make a bid at an Emissions Reduction Fund auction held by the Clean Energy Regulator.

Supplement and provide the Financial Terms of your most recent offer made for such project(s) to the Clean
Energy Regulator, acting on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia, to sell to the Clean Energy Regulator a
certain quantity of Kyoto Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs) on the terms and conditions (including but
not limited to the Commercial Terms) described in the offer, as supplemented by the Delivery Terms of that
offer provided to the Clean Energy Regulator in your most recent application to register to participate in that
auction.
This bid should be signed by:

An individual who has previously been authorised by the participant(s) to make a bid on their behalf in an
auction for the project(s) to which this bid pertains.


References to “you” in this bid are references to the participant(s) on whose behalf this bid is made, and
“your” will be construed accordingly.

This bid is made on behalf of the participant(s) who made the most recent application to qualify to participate
in auctions for the project(s) to which this bid pertains for which such participant(s) was/were issued a
contract identifier by the Clean Energy Regulator that is provided in Part A of this bid.

This bid pertains to the project(s) specified in your most recent application to qualify to participate in auctions
for such project(s) for which you have been issued a contract identifier by the Clean Energy Regulator that is
provided in Part A of this bid.

If this bid is successful, you will enter into a Carbon Abatement Contract with the Clean Energy Regulator
covering the project(s) to which this bid pertains.

The individual submitting this form must have been authorised by you to make a bid on your behalf for the
project(s) to which this bid pertains. Such authorisation must be current as at the date this bid is submitted.

Eligibility
For this bid to be valid, you must be qualified by the Clean Energy Regulator to participate in auctions, and such
qualification must be current as at the date this bid is submitted.
For this bid to be valid, you must be registered by the Clean Energy Regulator to participate in the auction
referred to in question 2 of Part A, and such registration must be current as at the date this bid is submitted.
Please note that if the Clean Energy Regulator receives multiple complete and correct bids for a project or group
of projects that were made in the same auction on your behalf, all such bids will be disregarded except for the
complete and correct bid that was first submitted for that project or group of projects at that auction on your
behalf, and only that bid will be considered by the Clean Energy Regulator.

and agrees that any subsequent bid that may be made for such project(s) at the same auction at which this bid is
made may be disregarded by the Clean Energy Regulator.
