Agriculture Development Council is seeking sponsorship for our first ever Farm to Fork event.
This event will feature local food tastings from local farms and eateries. Farm to Fork, a taste of
Chenango, will be held at the Chenango County Fairgrounds, on August 9th from 12 noon – 9
pm. By sponsoring this free event you are showing your support for local agriculture and giving
back to the community. Your support will directly impact the quality and ability to make this
event happen.
We would like to invite you to become a sponsor Agriculture Development Council is offering
several sponsorship levels to fit any budget and we are willing to work with you to create a
mutually beneficial sponsorship/marketing package. Donations of goods and services on the
day of the event are also greatly appreciated. As a Farm to Fork sponsor, you are giving back to
the community as you promote your local business.
Attached is the list of sponsorship levels we are offering and a sponsorship registration form.

2016 Farm to Fork Sponsorship Packages:
The Farm:
Sampling Creation Station Sponsorship ($1000) 2 available:
 Company name/logo will be displayed at the creation station throughout the event
 Name/logo will be used on website and in printed materials as a creation station
sponsor
 Recognition will be placed during announcements at the event and displayed on
aprons used
 Inclusion of branding on recipe cards given out at each station
 Company logo on event t-shirts and company logo and name printed on all
promotional material as a sponsor
Producer:
Visitor Incentive sponsor ($500+) 2 available:
 Logo will be placed on a free give away item that is handed out to guests. We are
planning on giving away flexible cutting boards to the first 500 people.
 Company logo on event t-shirts and company logo and name printed on all
promotional material as a sponsor
Harvester:
Advertising Assistance ($250) multiple available:
 One month of advertising your company on a local billboard in Chenango County
along with the Farm to Fork event information. You will have a space that measures
5 feet x 5 feet and will be placed in the Norwich area.
 Company logo on event t-shirts and name mentioned on all promotional material as
a sponsor
Cultivator:
Promotional Assistance ($100) multiple available:
 A business card size co-sponsorship ad in the Pennysaver or Evening Sun
promoting the event and your business
 Social media and website recognition for sponsoring the event
 Company logo on event t-shirts and name mentioned on all promotional material as
a sponsor
Seed Sower:
Friend of Farm to Fork ($25+):
 Company logo on event t-shirts and name mentioned on all promotional material as
a sponsor
Farm Hand:
Useable goods and services can also be donated. Surplus fruits and vegetables can be
donated to the tasting creation stations to be showcased as local products. Volunteer service
can also be used to aid in the loading and unloading/set up of the event.
