produced long lasting American-made aprons, cobblers, vests, and
chef coats built to endure the toughest of work environments.

American-made,
through and through
Intent on quality control, we keep every step of our manufacturing process in our
line of site. Most of our fabric is woven in Alto, Georgia and finished in Trion,
Georgia using US polyester and cotton. Our thread comes from the Carolinas, our
labels are woven from American yarn and the majority of our plastic components
are produced in Georgia as well.

We are happy to create custom aprons, cobblers, vests or
chef coats per your specifications, in the same top quality
you expect from DayStar.
We manufacture custom garments in multiples of
40 pieces per color, size and style. Custom orders take
about seven to ten business days to produce and are
non-refundable. They may incur a 10% overage or shortage.
With larger orders, custom colors may be available. Due
to our commitment to quality, we can only take on a finite
amount of custom work.
Embroidered
in-house
We can embroider any garment upon your request with
a company name or logo. Our embroidery service requires
a 36-piece minimum per color, per style.
We recommend original artwork for a clean, crisp and
professional look. Once you provide your artwork, we
will digitize the file and present you with a sample item
to approve before we complete your order.
