ORGANIC BURNOUT
$85.00
Check out this fun technique! You will
learn how to use real organic leaves and
glass powder to create fun images in your
fusing projects. We will show you the tips
and tricks required, and provide all the
materials. We have samples in the shop of
some done on black, and they almost look
fossilized. Choose black or white glass as
your palette. Included are the two firings to
get the flat part of the process
completed. Your 8" circle or
square project may be slumped for $25
extra if desired. Some fusing experience
recommended, but not required. You will be wearing a mask when working with the
powders.

Just like snowflakes, no two are ever exactly alike!
In this "Just for Fun" class, you'll learn how to use alcohol
inks in a variety of different ways. Make great
backgrounds for photos, create your own paper, make
decorative tiles, even incorporate it into your glass
projects. You will walk away with several examples of
this beautiful art and will have the knowledge to
continue creating your own artwork at home. We will
have frames and display items for purchase so you can
show off your work!

"Just for Fun", minimal glass cutting, and mosaic nipper used.
This is a variation of our popular Edgy Class. Make a stunning cross in about two
hours. This project measures about 11 x 8" and weighs about 12 oz. We will do the firing
for you and discuss professional options for mounting . Or, You can get some cool frames
at Michaels or Hobby Lobby, with your coupon of coursel This "just for fun" project will
begin with hands on work, so just leave all the technical stuff to us! If you've been wanting
to create something Edgy, but didn't want to spend 5 hours at the glass shop, then this
class is for you! Just in time for warmer weather, we've come up with an option..... You
may make a tree instead of the cross if you'd like!

Grow your skills creating this beautiful fused tree from all those mini pieces of fusible glass that we
have at the bottom of our class bin. We will provide all the materials, help you make a sample
pattern, and guide you thru the process. We will fire your 10 " round project. (Stand not included.)
Once again we had a big response for this class. Anyone can do it, so don't hesitate! (One of our
customers decided to create a willow tree, and I was so inspired that I did one, and several
customers have also decided to try their hand.)

These 3" x 12" window ornaments will "delite" you all year long. We made an example
for each season, but you may do whatever
style you want. Instruction, clear base glass,
use of our class bin glass, and firing
included. If you have time and want to make
more than one, each extra is $35.00. Glass
cutting skills desirable but not required. Precuts available for purchase!

BIRCH TREE, FUSED PANEL $85.00
Just for Fun
Create a 8 x 12" birch tree scene on a dark background and watch the
magic happen. You can choose the season just by switching up the
colors of the falling leaves. You will learn a couple techniques for
coloring the trunks and the background to acquire the illusion of depth.
These panels are not quite full fused so as to keep their texture! They
may be displayed on a table or plate stand. This project is so cool that
some people are doing it more than once!
All materials and one firing included. We will have fun!

Beginner
This is one our most popular beginning classes! Formal
instruction and all materials are included in this
professional introduction to glass fusing.! We open with
a 45 minute lecture with "show and tell" about the basic
concepts of glass fusion theory. Then, you will create 10
glass cabochons that you may make into pendants or
magnets. Prism will fire your pieces and they will be
available for pick up a few days later. Basic bails are
included. No experience required. Glass Cutting 101 is
recommended, but not required. (Private party

FREQUENT FUSER DAY
Experienced fusers are welcome to sign up for our open fusing day. If
you are making jewelry or magnets, all the regular precuts for our intro
to fusing class will be available and included at $6.00 per pendant.
If you want to make a larger project, you may purchase glass and we
will quote you by the size and the number of fires required. Please tell
us what you are hoping to make ahead of time so we can prepare.
Previous fusing and cutting skills required.

FUSED PICTURE FRAME $45 (make an additional for $35)
"Just for Fun"
Make a cute picture frame for any occasion. We will provide
precuts, scraps, dots, and other design elements to decorate your 5 x
7" fused glass picture frame. Backing is included and will be attached
for you. We will have the white glass bases cut for you as your
palette to work on. Our demo will take only 10 minutes, and you will
then do the artwork! We will fire your projects and you can pick them up a week later!

MICRO MOSAIC PENDANTS $45
Just for Fun
In this "Just for Fun" workshop, we will
create two stunning mosaic pendants in our
specialty silver pendant trays. You may use
charms, photos, scrap dichroic glass,
paper, and metal findings to create your
personalized artwork. We have all the
materials you need, but if you have a
special charm, bring it and we will see if we
can incorporate it in your artwork! Our
photo can't do these charming pendants
justice so stop in and check them out.

In this Just for Fun 2 hour workshop you have a
chance to make three cute creepy crawlies! We
will provide all the fusible glass, hi fire wire for the
legs, and the kiln firing. You provide the
inspiration and make your characters match your
style! Great for flower pots, hanging on lamps, or
just crawling on the table. Let's get buggy! You
can make extras for $20 each, if time allows.

GLASS CUTTING 101 $45
Beginner
This is where it all starts! Glass cutting is the basic skill
that is required for most glass media projects. During
this skills class you will learn the theory of glass cutting
including tools, safety, pattern cutting, and grinding.
Whether you are doing stained glass, mosaics, or plan
on fusing, classes are geared towards the needs of the
students. By the end, you will have cut straight pieces,
circles, and everything in between. You will have use
of our tools during class. No experience necessary.
Tuesday June 24th, @ 6pm
UNDERSTANDING YOUR KILN $45.00
This seminar is great for anyone who owns or plans on owning a kiln.
We will discuss ordering, setup, testing and running your kiln. There
will be special emphasis on programming, care, and shelf materials.
There will be a Q & A session to help with individual needs. It's a great
learning experience for all you "firing newbie's", or a great refresher for
current kiln owners. Session lasts about 2 hours. Reservations
required.
Tuesday June 10, @ 6pm
BEGINNING STAINED GLASS $150.00
8 X 10 Orientation PROJECT
In this 3 week session you will learn to cut, foil, grind,
solder and frame a stained glass panel. Although the
project is small, it will work you thru each step of the
entire process, and most students will continue
developing skills in their own home studio. You will
choose from one of 8 patterns for your first experience.
We will provide all the tools, instruction, and clear glass
you need to complete your first project. You may
purchase colors separately. Choose a pattern and your
glass prior to the class. $25 deposit to secure your
space. Four Students, Three weekly sessions. Aprox
3.5 hrs per session.
Be prepared to commit to three consecutive weeks.
Tuesday June 21 , July 1, and July 8 (First session at 6pm. The rest of the times are to be
determined, based on attendance. 3 Spots left at this time. )
