FSM - the system
Facade sealing membrane system provides a permanent waterproofing
solution around window reveal joints and any penetrations in structures
behind the building facade
It is a simple two-part system - EPDM membrane and a sealant / adhesive in one.
The sealant / adhesive will adhere to any substrate, even in damp conditions, with no need
for any primer or thinners. Apply to either the membrane or substrate, press together and
use a roller to apply pressure to activate the adhesive. Full cure is achieved within 24 hours
in dry weather.

• The system is weather-proof, showing extreme
resistance to chemical pollutants, UV radiation
and atmospheric conditions, with a life expectancy
exceeding 50 years
• Resistant to extreme temperatures - the system
remains elastic and retains all characteristics even
in the most extreme of temperatures between -40
and +150 degrees C
• Puncture resistant - with the ability to withstand
severe pressure
• Biologically resistant - the system is resistant to
rodents, fungi, bacteria and microbiological degradation
• The system is flexible - it can withstand thermal
and structural movement in excess of 400% and
return to its original size and shape
• EPDM does not absorb water or moisture
• Environmentally friendly - it does not contain any
CFC’s, HCFC’s, Pthalates, dioxins or other harmful
chemicals
• The material is completely recylable and does not
contain any plasticizer so therefore will not shrink
or crack
