All pricing is subject to change based on market conditions. A one‐month written notification is required to cancel any Landscaping Service. MAINTENANCE PLAN In addition to offering plants for purchase, our award‐winning landscaping staff can provide maintenance services for new or existing plants. For existing plants, a maintenance plan can be specially developed, including an initial assessment of the plant(s) and environment. Maintenance service includes watering, cleaning, pruning, and fertilizing. Under ordinary conditions, the maintenance plan provides for the free replacement of any plant that dies, although plants moved from designated locations or which have been subjected to additions to the soil (coffee, water, juice, etc.) are not covered by the plan.
