to remove oil contamination (carbon) or ,
Super cleaning of thermic Oil.
Oil is a product of hydrocarbon : Thermic oil
is used for heat transfer. As oil gets heated,
oxidation ration of oil increase, generating
carbon as by product. Upon operating the
system for certain time period, it becomes
necessary to super clean the thermic fluid.
Same time is is equally is important to clean
the thermic boiler line.
Carbon contamination gets stuck on the
inside walls of the coil / line resulting less
heat transfer & there by increasing the
operating cost.
To overcome above mentioned problems its
absolutely necessary that periodically
cleaning & flushing of thermic boiler line is
employed. This will increase a life of oil as
well as system.
