ADM Contractor Inquiry
Contractor User Guide
The ADM Contractor Inquiry system (also referred to as CI-Web) is used to determine whether
an individual is permitted access to ADM property. Contractor companies may obtain a login ID
and password for this system by contacting ADM Corporate Security at 217 424 5205. The
system can then be accessed at http://www.e-adm.com/ciweb/default.aspx.
Once a login ID and password have been issued by Corporate Security, enter your login ID and
password and click the “Login” button.
To recover a forgotten password, enter your login ID and click I forgot my password. Your
password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file.
After three failed login attempts, the user will be locked out of the system and must contact ADM
Corporate Security at 217 424 5205.

Upon successfully logging in, the main menu offers the following options:
Record Inquiry
Used to search the contractor inquiry database by SSN to determine
whether an individual is permitted access to ADM property
CICI Guidelines
Displays the current CICI guidelines
Help
Displays this document

Displays the current CICI Informational Handout – enrollment
process, contact information
Logout
Logs out of the system
Click “Record Inquiry” to search the database.
Enter a complete (9-digit, no dashes) social security number into the provided box and click the
“Search” button.

Upon entering a valid SSN and clicking “search,” one of two results will be returned:
If “person is allowed on ADM property” is returned as displayed above, the individual with the
entered SSN is allowed access to ADM property and no further action is required.
If the individual’s name and SSN are returned as displayed above, this individual will not be
permitted access to ADM property. Contact ADM Corporate Security with any questions or for
further information.
