LOWER BUMPER LED LIGHT BAR MOUNT
FOR 30” FLEX LED
KC’s Toyota Tacoma 30” LED light bar mount is designed to fit the lower OE bumper opening
on the 2005-2015 Tacoma. These brackets will accomodate the KC HiLiTES 30” FLEX Array
LED Light Bar.
Warning: Installation of this mounting bracket set requires cutting out the OE lower
grill portion of your bumper. The cut pieces will no longer be usable. This procedure is
fairly simple but, if you are not confident with this step, please locate a professional
mechanic for installation.
KC HiLiTES 30” FLEX Array LED Light Bar outputs 150w of LED power in a combo spot/spread beam pattern
(Item #276). FLEX Array shown with Amber Shields sold separately.

*OEM hardware will be used for bracket instaltion.
No additional hardware neccessary.

INSTALLING THE LED LIGHT BAR MOUNT TO YOUR VEHICLE
1. Cut-out OE lower grille
Use an appropriate tool (saw or rotary tool) to remove the
lower OE grill from the bumper. Cut the ribs of the OE grill
close to the bumper for a clean install. See photo to the left of
bumper with grill removed.
2. Remove OE hardware
Locate the two Bumper Bolts & Nuts behind the bumper that
will be used to install the mounts and remove the nuts using
a 14mm wrench. See photo to the left of bumper bolts/nuts.
3. Attach brackets to truck
Mount the appropriate bracket behind each side of the
bumper (leave the nuts loose for mounting the LED Bar next).
4. Install 30” FLEX Array LED Bar
Install your LED Bar according to manufacturer instructions, adjust the mounts and LED bar before
tightening securely. Be sure to aim your lights depending on your particular application and liking.
