Overview
Being part of a school community is an essential aspect of all senior high school experiences. At Churchill,
we believe the overall well-being and sense of community within our school is a fundamental principle.
During our Orange and Blue Day we hope to develop the potential of our current student leaders and our
new incoming students. We believe that by offering an effective leadership opportunity we can produce
strong, connected, accepting, honest, open and integrity-based leaders for our school.
Students will participate in ½ day sessions on Thursday, August 31st that will include a variety of funfilled activities and lunch!. Staff and student leaders will provide supervision.
If you are interested and available on August 31st, 2017, please complete the registration form and return
it to your school by May 30th , 2017. Alternatively, you can complete the online version (on our website)
of the registration and email it to [email protected] . If you are from out of our District, please
return it or return to our office by June 27th, 2017.
A registration fee of $25.00 + GST will be assessed to help defray costs for t-shirt, meals and supplies.
Unfortunatly, we are unable to accept cash or personal cheques. Please login to School Cashonline starting
Wednesday, May 17th , 2017 and click on the Lethbridge School District Tab and look for WCHS Orange
and Blue Day.
There are a limited number of shirts available, so they will be filled on the first-come, first-served basis.
