2) Report on graffiti present at Esikolweni Shelter
Methodology: Photographs were taken with a Canon 14x Optical Zoom Power Shot SX210IS
14 Mega Pixel, from left to right of the Shelter (when facing the shelter) and from top to
bottom. The type of graffiti was documented, e.g. added or removed (engraved graffiti), the
medium used (charcoal, chalk or paint), the location of the graffiti and the extent thereof.
Photographs were taken from noon to about 16h00 pm and conditions were cloudy.
Purpose: to establish a set of comparative digital records.
Objectives: to measure the graffiti at present and to establish a data-base to measure future
conditions of the same shelter.
