Selection criteria Experience in teaching Stage 3 with a demonstrated ability to develop and support staff to implement best practice in datadriven, differentiated teaching and learning programs for the NSW syllabuses for the Australian Curriculum. Highly developed collaborative and consultative leadership with strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, and a demonstrated excellence to lead, inspire and mentor staff in a culture of strong partnerships. Knowledge of school planning and evidence-based evaluation using the School Excellence Framework and ability to collaborate with and support staff in this process. Demonstrated capability to lead the management and implementation of varied student wellbeing initiatives, supporting individual students and contributing to whole school effectiveness.
