“PRESIDENTIAL” BOX LUNCH $16.00 (min 15 guests)
Includes a Sandwich of Premium Sliced Turkey Breast OR Sliced Black Forest Ham on a Fresh Toasted Kaiser Roll
Served with Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced Tomatoes, Lettuce, and fresh Pesto Mayo on the side
Also included: Fresh Old-Fashioned Potato Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, fresh baked Chocolate Chip Cookie,
Fresh Brewed Coffee and guests’ choice of Soda or Bottled Spring Water

“MARINE ONE” BUFFET $20.00 (min 25 guests)
Your group may choose ONE of the following four chicken dishes:
1. Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken Breast served with Citrus Cream Sauce
2. Chicken Parmesan served with Marinara Sauce, Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese
3. Grilled Teriyaki Chicken with sliced scallions
4. Roasted Rosemary Chicken with Sage Gravy
Also included: old-fashioned mashed potatoes or wild rice, baked macaroni and cheese (please note: steamed
vegetables may be substituted for potatoes or macaroni if you wish), tossed green salad with cucumbers, croutons and
choice of two dressings, fresh rolls with butter, fresh baked cookies, fresh brewed coffee and guests’ choice of a soda
or bottled spring water

“AIR FORCE ONE” DOUBLE ENTRÉE BUFFET $25.00 (min 25 guests)
Includes the same selections as the Marine One Buffet plus add the following items:
Simmered pieces of Beef Tips with Pearl Onions in a Red Wine Sauce
