help the employee save money and it also costs the plan
less.
• If you use any of the hospitals in the win/win program, you
will automatically be eligible for:

your paycheck first, then they tax you on
the remaining. The tax is approximately
20%.

Qualifying events are: Marriage, Divorce, Birth of a Child, Loss of Coverage, and/or Court Ordered.
