How did that blossom become an apple tree? This half term we will be looking at plants . We will identify and describe the functions of different parts of plants; roots, stems, leaves and flowers. We will also investigate the ways in which water is transported within plants. Children will also explore the role of flowers in the life cycle of flowering plants, including pollination, seed formation and seed dispersal.
