Dear Community Leader,
Girls Place, Inc. is a non-profit organization that serves the needs of young ladies
throughout our community. With a decrease in physical activity being offered in the
schooling system, Girls Place provides the opportunity for physical activity that our
girls need in a safe, nurturing environment.
At Girls Place, a variety of sports are offered to cater our girls’ diverse interests. We
offer volleyball, track and soccer during the school year and week-long sport camps
throughout the summer and are looking to expand our program to offer additional
sports. Because all girls need the opportunity to play sports, we strive to provide
scholarships to those who could not otherwise afford to participate.
Your sponsorship of our teams can help make that possible. We are seeking
sponsorships in the amounts of $300, $400, and $650 so that we can continue to offer
scholarships and keep player fees financially attainable for all girls. Your sponsorship
will provide for scholarships, uniforms, trophies, equipment, and other program costs.
As a gesture of our appreciation, Girls Place will recognize your sponsorship in a
number of ways throughout the season. Your logo on our team t-shirts, banners in our
gym, on our website, and within our newsletters are all opportunities to advertise
your business while supporting our girls.
