Select all of the items listed using the Edit Select All
(Ctrl-A) or select by highlighting the area you wish
to use.
Choose Replace from the Edit Menu (Ctrl-H)
Using the mouse click the More button
Now more options appear
Enter the following values below: & Choose Use wildcards
(notice Format Font: IDAutomationHC38M)
Choose the
Format Button
to select the
Font
IDAutomation
This will replace all of the 14
digit barcodes with barcodes
that you can scan from paper
(when printed) or the screen.
Select all of the items listed using the Edit Select All
(Ctrl-A) or select by highlighting the area you wish to
use.
Choose Find from the Edit menu (Ctrl-F)
Enter the following values below:
(notice Format Font: ID AutomationHC38M)
Choose the
Format Button
to select the
Font
IDAutomation
This will select and highlight only the barcodes
Start a new word document and paste
the selected barcodes into the sheet
Select all of the items listed using the Edit Select All
(Ctrl-A)
Choose Columns under the Format menu and
select two columns
Adjust the Font size to 18 or higher
Adjust the page margins Top & Bottom
0, Left & Right .1
The finished page should look similar to the one below
Print out the pages to scan or scan the barcodes
from the screen
