grant will have access to complete the report

• Report is due no later than July 29, 2016.
• Please record event summaries and attendance as
programs happen!

Tips for completing “Latino Americans Programs”

• Make any necessary updates (date, time, location)
• Record actual attendance IMMEDIATELY after
event ends
• Add any events not planned at the time of the
Program Log or Application submission
• Delete any events not hosted

• Use the event “description” to explain the program (e.g.,
“Screening of Episode 2, followed by a moderated
discussion”), as well as to tell us about your event:
• What was the discussion like? What questions were
explored, and how did your audience respond?
• What was your audience like? Descriptions may include
information about age, gender, other demographics.
• Did you promote the event to a particular group, and did
they respond by attending?
• Was a partner organization(s) in attendance?

Notes about Budget
• Include a detailed accounting of expenses; receipts are not
required
• $10,000 grantees must report on expenses incurred by
category (i.e., promotional expense, scholar fees), based on
information provided in their proposal
• Unspent funds to be used for related expenses, NOT returned
to ALA

Sharing Program Evaluation Results
• Scan and upload to ALA final report (one PDF per
program)
• Enter results in SurveyMonkey; provide a link to the
results for each program
