EBE SIEVWRIGHT
A professional player and instructor with over 25 years’ experience, Ebe Sievwright
has trained stars in Los Angeles, played matches around the globe and now
oversees the Guards Polo Academy at Coworth Park. His unique coaching
programme teaches all levels to ride and play, from complete beginner to those
playing professional polo matches.
PHIL MEADOWS
With over 15 year’s polo experience, Phil Meadows is an established figure in the
world of polo management and is ground-breaking in the art of sports training. As
well as owning and caring for a string of polo ponies, Phil has pioneered a series
of successful polo tuition programmes.
Beginners welcome
No riding experience or equipment is necessary for polo lessons in the
grounds of Coworth Park. Guards Polo Academy gives you the opportunity
to learn in a safe environment and will have you hitting a ball from your
polo pony within an hour.
Choose from an hour’s lesson, a half-day, or a full-day polo experience
including a visit to the exclusive Guards Polo Club.
Corporate polo days
For corporate groups the academy offers tailor-made polo experiences for
team building or fun days out of the office. Packages can be designed to
include polo instruction, hospitality and exhibition games.
