Safety Breaks - Aquatics areas are closed to all participants. This
includes the Spa.
Water Exercise Class Descriptions:
AOA (Active Older Adult):
Each class begins with a warm up and
slowly moves into a quick burst cardio
segment, to strength, back to a burst of
cardio, ending with toning and a cool down
with stretching.
Water Exercise:
This deep & shallow water workout has a
high emphasis on cardio in many forms
such as tabata and core strength.
Shallow Water Exercise:
This class incorporates strength and
cardiovascular exercise. Including a warm up
and cool down.
Hydro 360:
An overall body water excerise class that
includes toning, cardio and flexibility. High
intensity workouts.
Aqua Fit:
Get your heart rate up with this upbeat interval
workout in the water. Also work on stength and
balance in the water. Primarily based in deep water.
Arthritis Cardio/Gentle:
HydroManiacs:
Kick your workout into high gear with this high
energy class. Work on overall stength, toning,
core and cardio with circuit work.
Hydro H.I.I.T.:
Total body, high intensity workout of cardio and
stength. Both deep and shallow ends of the pool are
utilized.
Aqua Zumba:
This latin inspired aerobic class is a fun dance
workout done in the shallow water.
Water Kickboxing:
A strenuous and challenging class combining
kickboxing moves with strength and stretching.
Cardio: This work out is focused on
getting you moving in a way that will make
you feel good.
Gentle: Gentle movements are used to
help stiffness of joints.
Limited Space - Part of the pool may be taken by classes and/or
lessons.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Age Requirement: Children ages 4 and under MUST be
accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older IN THE WATER
at all times. Children ages 5 & 6 must be supervised by an adult
18 years of age or older IN THE POOL AREA. Ages 7 and older
may swim without an adult if able to pass a facilty swim test.
Lifeguards reserve the right to swim test anyone seen as a nonswimmer before allowing them to enter water deeper than their
armpits. This includes individuals utilizing floatation devises.
