CALL FOR ARTICLES FOR PUBLICATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF RESEARCH
IN ECONOMICS (IJRE-HALF YEARLY)

The RD Foundation Centre For Research In Economics And Social Development (CRESD) welcome
institutes of social science research, government organizations, private bodies, social scientists and
research scholars working in social science research institutes across world to join and collaborate
with us and contribute the outcome of their original research works and studies for publication in The
International Journal Of Research In Economics (IJRE), published (half yearly) by the RD foundation
Centre For Research In Economics And Social Development, Salem, Tamil Nadu( India).
Since the objective of the publication is to provide a forum for dissemination of knowledge on the
findings of the research studies in economics and other social sciences, papers/articles shall be original,
good quality and both descriptive and analytical and has not been published or being sent for
publication elsewhere. Articles which apply empirical methodologies shall pay adequate attention on
the appropriate methodological framework of the work done. The articles sent by authors for
publication shall be followed by a declaration of copyright and authorization to the publisher of the
journal IJRE.
The size of papers shall not exceed 30 typed pages, which includes tables and appendices with margins
on all sides at least 1i/2(one and half) inches. Completed papers/manuscripts along with an abstract
of the work done not exceeding 150 words followed by key words shall be sent in MS word format
through email to the editor in chief, The International Journal Of Research In Economics(IJRE) on or
before 31st march ( for July issue) and 30th September(January issue) every year.
A publication fee of Rs. 1500/- (India) OR USD $50 (outside India) is to be paid by authors (in favor of
RD foundation, payable at Salem, Tamil Nadu) whose paper has been accepted for publication. The
mode of payment will be communicated duly to the authors immediately after the review process.
GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
The authors of scholarly articles while sending the manuscripts for publication are expected to adhere
strictly the following:
Author’s identification viz., name, affiliation, contact information along with the authors email. Id shall
be furnished in the cover page while the main body of the article shall start with abstract along with
acknowledgements if any as page 1.

All statistical formulas/mathematical notations if any should be typed neatly and professional
assistance may be sought for presenting figures and charts. Tables and figures should be followed by
sources. Roman numerical are to be used for tables.
Footnotes should be properly numbered in plain Arabic superscripts while only cited manuscripts
should be included in the reference list. References should be cited in the apa format. Citations of
other works not exceeding 30 words which are deemed necessary should alone be included.
