AICE PSYCHOLOGY NOTE CARDS
• You will be required to complete 150 note cards in preparation for the
upcoming AICE Psychology Exam
• The note cards will be highly structured, and a large percentage of your 4th
quarter grade
• Under no circumstances are there to be turned in late, or incomplete. If so,
your grade will be significantly impacted.
• Cards will be due in sets of 20 (or 25 for Research Methods and Issues &
Debates) ; Meaning you will complete 5 cards per study and that entire unit
(EX: Cognitive Psychology) will be due together.
• Each Unit is worth 50 points!
AICE PSYCHOLOGY NOTE CARDS (PART 2)
• There will be 2 PRE-UNITS that you will also create notecards for: Research
Methods (Pre-Unit 1) and Issues & Debates (Pre-Unit 2)
• There units will have 25 note cards each (for a total of 50), and will look
slightly different (in structure) to your standard note cards.

Lying Behavior (2002) CS 3.1
Context: MVB’s study was meant to expand our
knowledge of lying behavior in HIGH STAKES, REAL
WORLD situations, where CONSEQUENCES are a large
part in DECISION MAKING. We are studying spontaneous
lying in a field setting.
Connection to Procedure: Behaviors are coded in an
attempt to distinguish “true” lying behaviors from
“false” or stereotyped behaviors associated with lying.
