Making nations our prayer priority!

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, co-labourers in the kingdom, friends and
supporters!
As stated in correspondence in 2016, UPF is on the journey towards the realisation of
God’s vision for this ministry.
A Season to move – New Offices
In obedience to God’s recent instructions we have ventured out into the city to look for
bigger office space for our organisation so that we can grow our capacity and band of
warriors unto more effective fulfilment of the major task of impacting the nations in prayer.
After several weeks of hunting for offices and praying for God to provide the right place for
us, we came across an office that is exactly what we need in this time.
It is a beautiful, spacious office belonging to a ministry called MLC (My Lord Conquers
Ministry) in Lombardy Office Park in the East of Pretoria. The facility is ideal as MLC
already has a 24 hour prayer room that is running in the same office complex as well as
conference / teaching facilities that would be available to us for teachings, meetings and
future report back events.
After several viewings of the office space and talks with the owners we have now received
the documentation to rent this 87m2 facility for a year.
The monthly cost for this office space will be R11 000 (rent, water and electricity
included). After looking around all over the city we know that the above offices are well
priced and will be a wise choice in the context of our needs.
This additional cost is a great faith step for us. We know that God has called us to a
faith journey in UPF and that we cannot grow our faith capacity except to step out when He
instructs us to. As a Non Profit Organisation our aim has never and will never be to chase
financial rewards. Our commitment is to seek God for everything we need and to allow Him
to pave miraculous ways as we invest into His kingdom.
We feel strongly that this new chapter in UPF is meant to unfold in this new space and we
are very excited about the opportunity to build much more momentum as more
individuals join our team to get the day to day tasks accomplished much more efficiently.
We will be signing the rental contract in the next few days and we trust God to take
occupancy of Unit 58, Lombardy Office Park in March 2017.
An invitation to partner with us
As we pursue building God a ‘House of Prayer’ for all nations (Is 56:7), we know that
establishing the UPF facility is fully dependant on how He moves you and me in
accordance with His bidding.

As was God’s instructions to Moses in Exodus 25:1, when the tabernacle had to be
constructed, so we extend the opportunity to each of you to hear from God how He would
like you to participate in this progressive endeavour.

Me an offering. From everyone who gives it willingly with his heart you shall take My
offering.

Presently we do not have the furniture and equipment to turn these offices into a fully
functional and enjoyable work space. Yet, the Lord has convinced us that our offices
must represent His excellence and bring Him honour. We therefore will not make use
of the few old miss-matched desks that we are using presently.

This is a pure faith endeavor. Financially speaking we are trusting God and asking
Him to miraculously make a way for the following additional monthly provision:
Rent, electricity and water
Remuneration of new fulltime and part time workers
R 11 000 per month
R 40 000 per month
Whatever He moves you to give and do; your willingness will be an offering to Him and we
know God is a rewarder of those that invest into His purposes.
We thank each one of you for having given so generously of your time, effort, finances and
love in the past season. We truly stand in awe of the beautiful people that God is
gathering in the UPF fold. Nothing can compare to the true spiritual riches of partnering in
prayer with fellow like minded believers who seek to do great things for God in the nations.
Ps 126:1-3
1 When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like those who dream.
2 Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing. Then they said
among the nations, The LORD has done great things for them. 3 The LORD has done
great things for us, and we are glad.
We will keep you updated as the process unfolds in the next few weeks as we create
opportunities to go and view and pray in the space that will soon be UPF’s new home.
