NATI is currently recruiting energetic, focused and forward-looking individuals to become active
members of the NATI 2013 - 2014 Board of Directors. If you have an enthusiasm for the advanced

NATI Board of Directors 2013/2014 Nominations
All regular members in good standing are eligible to nominate candidates for election, and to stand for
election. All regular members in good standing may have one vote at the Annual General Meeting
(AGM).
The following executive positions are available:
Directors
The Directors consist of the following positions in an At Large capacity; we are currently seeking
nominations for the following vacancies:
AT LARGE
Four (4) positions vacant; each position holds a two (2) year term
Nomination Process
A regular member in good standing may submit to the Nominating Committee a nomination for a specific
elected position on the Board of Directors, including a written declaration by the nominee indicating
willingness to serve if elected and indicating the position sought. Proof of eligibility and a brief statement
of no more than one page from the nominee shall be submitted to the Chair along with the nomination.
