Each report is created using the data from the NCLEX
candidates testing during a specific timeframe called the
reporting period. The subscription options table at right
illustrates the reporting periods associated with recent and
upcoming editions of the NCLEX Program Reports.
Semi-Annual Reports Subscription***
2014–2015 ($300 each program)
•Four (PN) – five (RN) phases of the Nursing Process;
•Eight categories of Human Functioning;
•10 categories of Health Alterations;
•Four areas of the Wellness/Illness Continuum;
•Six stages of Maturity; and
•Four aspects of Stress, Adaptation and Coping.
The NCLEX Program Reports are provided as an online
subscription service. Three different subscriptions are
available: annual, semi-annual, and joint annual and semiannual. The Annual NCLEX® Program Reports benefit
education programs by providing performance feedback of
its graduates over an entire year. Optimally, programs that
graduate at least 10 students in each reporting period should
subscribe to both the Annual and Semi-Annual NCLEX®
Program Reports to more effectively monitor the performance
of students by cohort (fall and spring).
