relationships and word of mouth

Developing Commitment to
Goals
Goal Commitment.
Before you make a commitment, think carefully. A commitment obligates you to do something.
Goal Commitment
A documented dedication of time, money, people towards gaining a stated
objective.
It also the act of binding yourself to a course of action.
Why?
If workers don’t care about
a goal, it is pointless!
How to get commitment?
Set goals participatively,
rather than assigning
Make the goal public
Action Plans
It basically is a plan. With action. Like movies.
