Terms & Conditions Applications which do not meet the following requirements may be refused. 1. Cycle parking will be situated in accordance with the guidance provided. 2. Applicants are responsible for installation costs of cycle parking and for ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with proper health and safety practices. 3. Applicants are responsible for ongoing maintenance of cycle parking. 4. Planning fees must be met by the Applicant (if planning permission is required). 5. Work must not start before the scheme is approved. 6. The South Downs National Park Authority should be acknowledged in any publicity gained as a result of the scheme. 6.
