Terms and Conditions
Registration Fee: $95.00 - non refundable
Advance Tuition: One month’s tuition, due at registration, to be applied to June 2018 tuition.
Advance Tuition IS NOT REFUNDABLE after June 30, 2017. We require 30 (thirty)
days advance written notification to withdraw during the school year.
The tuition rate is for the total school year. We divide the total yearly fee by 10 months for
your payment convenience. Tuition is due by the 1st of each month as listed - September
through May. You will receive a monthly tuition invoice by email. Your tuition is due on or
before the first of each month. Our grace period is extended to the 5th. We hope that each
parent honors this so late fees will not be necessary. Our preferred method of payment is check,
although we accept credit and debit cards which will incur a 4% card service fee. If you prefer
to pay by cash, please bring the exact amount. Any money over the exact amount will be
credited to the following month. Tuition unpaid for 2 months may be reason for removal of
child from school.
The School Board has determined that tuition accounts of returning students must be paid in
full by May 30th or acceptance for the following school year will be cancelled (unless prior
arrangements are made with the director).
There will be a $30.00 fee for any checks returned unpaid.
Holy Cross shall not admit any child on any given day, if, in the opinion of our staff, the child
appears to be unhealthy. Once the child is symptom-free, or a licensed physician indicates the
child poses no serious health risk to himself/herself or to others, the child may return to Holy
Cross.
