I UNDERSTAND THAT, OR AS THE LEGAL PARENT/GUARDIAN I UNDERSTAND THAT:
1. The game is mentally and physically intense and may require extreme exertion to play.
2. The game can be dangerous if not played in accordance with the stated rules which I have
read below and understand, and confirm I will listen to the safety talk given on the day.
3. The possibility of injury to the person playing and others exists.
4. Personal Accident insurance is NOT included when you play.
5. Pellets fired from paintball guns can bruise and break the skin.
I UNDERSTAND, OR AS THE LEGAL PARENT/GUARDIAN CONFIRM:
1. Players have agreed to participate at Adrenalin Rush Paintball entirely at their own risk
recognising that there are hazards in the playing zone such as an uneven surface, holes and
ditches and that the ground can become slippery in certain weather conditions.
2. Players are fully aware of the risks to themselves and others involved in Adrenalin Rush
Paintball, and will never under any circumstances deliberately shoot anyone in the face or head.
3. The person playing is physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion
involved in playing the game.
4. The person playing will comply with Adrenalin Rush Paintball rules, wear the eye protection
issued, use the equipment as instructed and not injure or hurt other players or Marshals and will
obey all directions of the marshals or other staff working for Adrenalin Rush Paintball.
5. I hereby release, remiss, and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities whatsoever
without limitation that I might have against Adrenalin Rush Paintball, or King’s House School, the
owners of the property on which the activities are held, and any other players in the game who
might injure me, other than through the negligence of Adrenalin Rush Paintball or King’s House
School and I make this release on behalf of myself, my heir, executors, assignees and
administrators.
6.  Any Accident or injury will be reported to Adrenalin Rush Paintball and a copy of the
accident book will be signed on the day.
7. I have declared below any relevant medical information or history that may affect me (or my
son/daughter if under 18 years old) as they play, or may be needed in a medical emergency (i.e.
Insect sting allergy, Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy etc.).
I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE RULES OR WILL
EXPLAIN THESE TO THE PERSON PLAYING IF UNDER 18 YRS OLD:
1. Goggles must be worn at all times in the playing areas.
2. No player may fire his marker gun when there is someone in the area who is
not wearing goggles.
3. No player will deliberately shoot another in the head or face.
4. Marker guns must not be taken into the safe area and must be left in the gun
rack area and goggles must be kept on whilst in the gun rack area.
5. No tree climbing or cutting or damaging vegetation.
6. No physical contact is permitted.
7. Only site paint to be used.
8. No player may cross any boundaries defined by staff at the start of the day/
game.
9. Always listen to and follow the instructions of the marshals.
10. Never put anything other than paintballs issued by the site in your
marker gun.
11. If your goggles mist over, please call for a marshal who will assist you. Never
remove your goggles unless supervised or instructed to do so by a member of
staff.
12. No alcohol/drugs may be consumed by any player during the course
of the day.
13. No shooting players at point blank range.
14. No dry firing or discharging your gun whilst walking back to the Safe Zone.
15. No purchasing paint or smoke grenades for anyone under the age of 18.
