This application form should be completed by applicants wishing to apply for any of the following Leeds University
Food Science and Nutrition School Scholarships commencing in 2017.
Applicants will be entered into the relevant competitions providing that the applicant has applied for the PhD
programme and this application form and all of the relevant application documents have been received by the
deadline date.
Applicants should carefully read the scholarship information, eligibility criteria and list of required documents before
completing this application form.
