Plan ahead. Practice creating Op art before you begin. Practice shading with watercolor or color pencil. Practice which color schemes you want to use. 2. The final project must have three Op art designs on one page drawn within a frame. Op art designs must give the perception of the picture changing as you look at them. 3. Three color schemes used in the designs with watercolor, color pencil or both 4. Create a well planned layout on the paper including a border of at least 1” 5. Very precise neat lines and shapes 6. Turn in your sketches with the final project 7. Label the color scheme on the back of the art work.
