300 CLUB MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
I hereby apply for membership in the 300 Club, Inc. Equity or non-equity memberships are available.
Equity members are the owners of the Club.
Single & Family memberships are available and the quarterly breakdown of dues will be pro-rated at time
of joining. Resignations require a 30 day written notice; billing will continue until resignations are received
in writing.
I understand that the equity fee for membership is $300 and that this amount is non-refundable. This fee
can be paid in its entirety at the time of joining, or over three years in 3 yearly installments of $120, $110,
and $100.

The 300 Club is a member owned facility located at 3715 NW 12 Avenue and offers several types of
memberships:
Equity Membership ($300) for those interested in being one of the owners of the 300 Club - this
is a one-time fee. This membership entitles these members to vote & hold office as well as some other
perks. These members may use all of the facilities. Dues and equity fee may be paid quarterly or
monthly thru ACH (automatic debit). Dues for a family are $323.20 a quarter and for a single they are
$276.82.
Non-Equity Membership – use of all facilities. The dues must be paid through automatic debit
with the first & last month dues paid when the membership begins. Dues for a single membership are
$92.28/month and a family $107.74/month.
Junior Memberships are available for $50/month for students who have not turned 18 with the
dues being paid through ACH. Junior members have access to the tennis courts and swimming pool
only.
Student Memberships are available to individuals enrolled in a college or university. The dues
are $50/ month and must be paid through ACH.
Lap Swim Non-Equity only. Dues are paid by automatic withdrawal only (first & last month),
Lap swim members may only swim from 6:00-7:30pm Monday-Friday. They may not bring guests and
they do not have weight room or tennis privileges. A daily swim workout will be provided on white board
FACILITIES:
The 300 Club has 7 clay courts and two hard courts and all are lighted for night time play.
The 300 Club has a 6-lane, 25 yard pool which is cooled in the summer and heated in the winter
for year round swimming opportunities.
