Application Guidelines:
 Complete and attach this sheet as your application cover page
 Attach a cover letter
 Attach a current resume
 Attach a letter of recommendation from a non-peer
 Attach a document with the prompts and your answers (see page 3)
 Turn in application on time! Late submission will not be evaluated 
 Turn in all items! Incomplete submissions will not be evaluated 
Please turn in a hard copy of your application with all items stapled
together in one packet no later than 4:30 pm, March 17, 2014 to the Student
Life and Leadership office, Aztec Student Union, 2nd Floor, with attention
to Jordan Lewton, Student Life Advisor – Greek Life.
If you are selected for an interview, you will receive an email to sign up for
an appointment.

members.
All executive board members must…
 be and remain in “active” status and in “good standing” with affiliated chapter
throughout the term of office
 be and remain in “good judicial standing” with the University throughout the
term of office
 have and maintain a 2.5 cumulative and/or semester SDSU GPA or higher
 attend the IFC Executive Board meetings as scheduled
 attend IFC Delegate meetings as scheduled
