Inventory Report Overview

Inventory Reports are due every Wednesday at 11:59pm

Roll-up reports are sent to BSAs every Thursday

Roll-up reports include all facilities under their specific home office

MTEOR Inventory Report – Reported

The “Reported” tab shows all facilities that reported inventory that week
● Lists the date and amount of inventory reported for each customer

MTEOR Inventory Report – Not Reported

The “Not Reported” tab lists the facilities that did not report by
Wednesday at 11:59 pm local time

MTEOR rolls out using a phased approach by Area beginning
February 3, 2014 in the Southern Pacific Area

We are communicating to PCCs in the Southern Pacific Area

Mailer Implementation Plan

Mailers who pick up at least a pallet of MTE must use MTEOR to
request MTE from a Postal plant

MTESC Mailers – Mailers who receive direct delivery of MTE
from an MTESC

Automatically receive the ability to request MTE from a local plant
by the Area launch schedule

Encouraged to order MTE directly from an MTESC, but can also
request MTE from a Postal plant if they are willing to pick up the
MTE themselves and the MTESC cannot fulfill their demand
Local Mailers - Mailers who only request MTE directly from a
Postal plant

New Mailers can auto-register for MTEOR through the Business
Customer Gateway beginning February 3, 2014
