1. Logon “MyCUHK” (http://portal.cuhk.edu.hk)
2. Click “CUSIS and MyStudy”
3. Select “Exchange Application Summary”
4. Check and click your application status

(6) Click the “ACCEPT” button if you decide to accept the exchange
offer.
If you press the “ACCEPT” button before 11 pm, the family support letter
will be sent to your CUHK email account within one hour. If you press the
button at or after 11 pm, the letter will be sent to your CUHK email
account before 8 am on the next day.
If you refuse or do not accept the exchange offer and cannot
provide compelling reasons and documentary evidence, 20 percent of your
composite score will be automatically deducted from your next application
for CUHK Student Exchange Programmes. If you refuse the exchange
offers in two previous occasions without compelling reasons and
documentary evidence, your future student exchange application will not be
considered. Please think carefully before you click the button.
(7) Check your application status. It should be
changed to “Accepted” if you have clicked the
“ACCEPT” button.
