Food Coupon in Pos Invoice
Introduction
This add-on is very useful for that customer who has restaurant or hotel business. this add-on will provide
the facility of coupon printing in pos invoice. pre-paid of bills with coupon will help in providing good
service to customer. at the end of day, user can actually match the number of items sold & amount
collected with the coupon.
Scenario: A Beverage & Refreshment shop/Restaurant have multiple service counters and main counter
where using POS for billing. When a customer place an order at main counter, bill get generated
accordingly. Customer will have to submit/handover bill at respective counter or salesman will have to
return the bill with order to relevant customer. This is very much time taking as well as there is possibility
of human error. This will affect on Providing Good Service to Customer.
This Add-on provides you with a feature ,where customer needs to place an order with payment on main
counter , the cashier will provide bill with coupon where items purchased by customer is mentioned with
its quantity. Then customer handover this coupon at respective service counter, the salesman over the
counter will keep a coupon and give bill back to customer with his ordered items.
This help person on service counter to know what exactly customer want in just one glance. It saves time
and even provide customer with good & fast service. This add-on also helps in collecting payment as soon
as customer place and order and eliminates fear of loss of payment.
To use this feature follow these steps:
1. Execute Tally.ERP 9 And Select The Required Company.
2. For Enabling Add-On Go To Gateway of Tally > Press F11 (Features)>Add-On Features
a) Set ““Enable Printing POS Bill with Coupon? “ = “Yes”.
3. Voucher Type Creation
a) Go To Gateway of Tally >Accounting Info >Voucher Type> Create>POS (under Sales).
b) Set “Enable POS Invoice with Coupon? “ = “Yes”.
c) Set “Use For POS Invoicing” =“Yes”.
4. POS Voucher Entry
a) Record The POS Transaction and Enter Necessary Information i.e. Cash Tendered.
b)
In Cash Tendered, Enter The Total Amount Of The Bill.
c) Press Alt + P to Print Invoice with Coupon.
d) The Coupon Contain Description And Quantity Of Item Sold.

The add-on needs to be purchased for each serial number.
Do I need to do an installation after the purchase?
No, you don’t need to install the add-on separately. You need to update your license once.
